Why did you join AMSA?: I joined AMSA because I wanted to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who share a passion for medicine beyond what can be learned in medical school. I also sought an environment that would allow me to explore different specialties before committing to a particular field, while also deepening my understanding of the diverse ways I could contribute to healthcare. ​

Fun fact: I got poked in the eye with a pencil at 2.
